WEIGHT KAISE BADHAYE
Weight badhane ke liye kuch ahem cheezon ka dhyan rakha jaana zaroori hai. Yeh un logo ke liye khaas hai jo naturally patle hain ya unka weight nahi badh raha. Yahan kuch tips diye gaye hain jo aapko weight gain mein madad kar sakte hain:
1. Calorie Surplus (Zyada Calories Lena)
- Aapko apne daily calorie intake ko apne body ki zarurat se zyada karna hoga. Iska matlab hai ki aapko apne body ki daily calorie needs se zyada khana khana hoga taaki aapka body excess calories ko fat ke roop mein store kar sake.
- High-calorie foods jaise dry fruits (badam, akhrot), peanut butter, cheese, and healthy oils (olive oil, ghee) ko apne diet mein shamil karen.
2. Protein Intake
- Protein se muscle mass increase hota hai, jo weight gain mein madad karta hai. Apne diet mein high-protein foods ko shamil karein, jaise chicken, fish, eggs, paneer, lentils, and beans.
- Protein shakes bhi aap use kar sakte hain, lekin natural foods sabse behtar hain.
3. Healthy Fats
- Healthy fats jaise ghee, nuts, seeds, avocados aur coconut oil ko apni diet mein include karen. Yeh aapko extra calories denge bina health ke liye nuksan ke.
4. Frequent Meals
- Zyada khaana ek hi meal mein khana bohot mushkil ho sakta hai. Isliye, din mein 4-5 chhote meals khana zyada behtar hai. Aap breakfast, lunch, snack aur dinner ke alawa ek ya do snacks bhi le sakte hain.
5. Strength Training (Weight Training)
- Weight gain sirf zyada khana khane se nahi hota, agar aap apni body ka mass (muscle) badhana chahte hain, toh exercise zaroori hai. Strength training jaise weight lifting ya resistance exercises se aap muscle gain kar sakte hain.

6. Drink High-Calorie Liquids
- Water aur juice ke alawa, high-calorie drinks jaise protein shakes, smoothies, aur milk shakes apne diet mein shamil karen. Isse aapko extra calories milenge aur hydration bhi rahega.
7. Sleep Aur Recovery
- Achha neend lena bhi zaroori hai. Body ko recovery aur muscle growth ke liye achhi neend ki zarurat hoti hai. Kam se kam 7-8 ghante ki neend lena zaroori hai.
8. Avoid Empty Calories

Important Notes:
- Patience: Weight gain bhi ek gradual process hai, jaise weight loss. Yeh overnight nahi hota, toh patience rakhein.
